Topic Reply Notification Issue

Dear Tazzu Members,

As you may know, we’ve been doing some maintenance work on the Tazzu site.

We’ve just received word from several Tazzu members that the Tazzu forum has been emailing random Topic Reply Notifications out to members.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and are working on fixing this.

Thanks for your patience as Tazzu may experiences a few growing pains during its evolution!

Technical problem on the Tazzu registration

update July 16th: problem seems to be solved after a database server reboot. However we are still watching :)

There is a problem with the Tazzu forum registration, and we are working on it to fix it. In the mean time you may experience interrupted service on tazzu. We really appologize for the inconvenience.

Tazzu Blog is back online

We’ve just upgraded our blog to the latest version of WordPress and I must say it is quite nice! Thank you very much Jeannette Duguay (JenTekk) for re-designing a new theme, because the older one wasn’t working on the new WordPress.

Some Minor Bugs and Do I smell RSS?

Ok so turns out that there are some minor bugs on our blog:

  1. There are some IE6 Text formatting issues on a post’s comments
  2. When users try to make multiple comments on a blog post, they get this error “Sorry, you can only post a new comment once every 15 seconds. Slow down cowboy.” even if 14 seconds has past.

For Tazzu blog I have installed and customized the WordPress K2 theme, which is not a stable release yet, but good enough, although seems like they haven’t been so keen on IE6 optimization.

I have also downloaded an RSS Feed for our forum which I am going to install, after some testing.
